Customized hair transplant:
omniangularly natural

Being viewed from any angle will not take away your confidence.
BANOBAGI’s male hair transplant is a natural-result-giving custom hair transplant that takes male needs into consideration.

Hair transplant is not as simple as just moving rear-head follicles to the front; it is a procedure that builds on delicate techniques and expertise.

A simple hair transplant that does not take the patient’s facial structure into consideration leaves unnatural-looking results. Therefore, the extracted hair follicles must be relocated as naturally and precisely as possible by factoring in various conditions (e.g., the individual face type, forehead shape, preferred hairstyle, hair condition, hair density, etc.).

BANOBAGI’s customized hair transplant offers all of the aforementioned elements. It gives you better, omniangularly natural-looking results by thoroughly filling the empty space like a bespoke suit.

The Design: Difference in the Details
  • Preferred hairstyle - Overall facial structure
  • Sideburn lines - Forehead line: directions and angles

Male Hair Transplant by Hair Loss Type

Because different cases of hair loss have different causes, degree, and symptoms, it is important to personalize the treatment.

Male hair loss comes in a few different patterns: the M-type where the loss begins on either end of the forehead, the C-type where the hairline travels upwards, the O-type in which the hair loss begins at the top of the head, and the complex-type in which some of these patterns come simultaneously.

The hair strands become thinner, and the forehead widens as the hairline travels upward;
the top of the head starts to thin as well.

Male-pattern baldness can continue to progress.
It is important to consult with a specialist and receive systematic treatment before the symptoms worsen.

Custom Hair Transplant by Hair Loss Type
  • M-Type

Normal hairline height: only either end of the forehead needs filling

  • C-Type

The forehead hairline has disappeared, and the hair loss has reached the inner head: the key is to determine the optimal hairline height and forehead shape

  • O-Type

The hair loss progress in a rounds shape at the top of the head: the key is to restore the hair whorl

  • Complex-Type

A complex case of hair loss appearing at both the hairline and the crown: high-volume transplant is required

  • C-Type
  • O-Type

Follicle extraction:
we can handle any surgery method

The first important step of a hair transplant is extracting the hair follicles from the back of the head. Follicle extraction is often done in two ways: incision and non-incision. Both have their pros and cons, so BANOBAGI does not rule either out.

Through sufficient consultation and communication with the patient, we can suggest a better-suited option and provide custom surgery. Director Kyoungku Lee has extensive surgical experience, and his incision is both thorough and safe: our patients report a very high level of satisfaction. His non-incision procedure involves ARTAS, a piece of robotic equipment, which provides a more efficient result. ARTAS hair transplant complements the non-incision method as it extracts the follicle more accurately and reduces scarring, making the procedure less stressful.

Post-surgery care is just as important as hair transplant itself

Hair loss is a lifelong struggle, and therefore maintenance is critical,
especially because the results of a hair transplant becomes more visible over time.

With our One-Year Care program, BANOBAGI Hair Clinic offers distinguished hair care services.

Hair Growth Cycle - Telogen (Resting Phase) -> Catagen (Transition Phase) -> Anagen (Growth Phase) Hair Growth Cycle - Telogen (Resting Phase) -> Catagen (Transition Phase) -> Anagen (Growth Phase)

* The transplanted hair is initially lost during telogen, the success of transplant is determined during catagen,
and the transplanted follicles grow hair during anagen.

Hair transplant is almost painless.
Patients may experience mild pain or slight discomfort in the area of extraction.
We recommend painkillers for those who are sensitive to pain.
Over-the-counter painkillers are usually enough.

* Consensus based on the actual patients’ response to questionnaire.

* Not a strict standard, and patients’ experiences may differ.
